Moms Luncheon Schedule

Beginning July 14, 2008, Ironmoms, Inc., in cooperation with the Oviedo YMCA and Super Suppers will host monthly luncheons just for moms! The luncheons offer moms a chance to sit down, eat a meal in peace and learn about the latest in women's health and fitness. Each session costs just $5 for the lunch. The information is free.

The schedule for the next several months is as follows.

August 11, 2008 - "Love Your Ovaries - Ovarian Cancer Awareness" presented by Bonnie Donihi, Executive Director, Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Florida

Septmeber 8, 2008 - "TNT - It's Not Just Explosive, It's Dynamite!" presented by Kelly Gay, Campaign Manager Team In Training with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

October 13, 2008 - "Fitlosophy - Proper Footwear Fitting" presented by Fleet Feet of Orlando
